Dorothy J. Ellis died at 2:59 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008, at Pekin. She was born on Jan. 19, 1914, in McDonough County, to Arkley and Savilla Beckelhymer Millard.
She married John D. Ellis on Sept. 3, 1934, in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Camp Creek Cemetery in Macomb. The Rev. Steven Workman will officiate. Visitation will from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Davis Mortuary, Tremont Chapel.
