Ruth Phalon passed away at 6 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2008, at the Timberpoint Health Care Center in Camp Point. She was born on Dec. 24, 1915, in Chicago, the daughter of the late Edmond H. and Elizabeth Peton Phalon.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Rushville City Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Interment will follow.
